Satu rahasia gue berkaitan dengan kerupuk adalah, gue baru tau kalo menggoreng kerupuk itu ternyata mudah banget. Tinggal cemplungin kerupuknya ke minyak panas, ongseng-ongseng. Begitu membesar, angkat dan tiriskan. Selesai.
Oh my! Kemana aja yah gue selama ini.. *tutup muka* Kalo diingat-ingat, semua karena kerupuk udang besar khas kalimantan yang biasa dibawain dari Kalteng.
Dulu gue pernah coba menggoreng kerupuk udang tapi gagal. Kerupuknya jadi kaya bantet gitu. Alhasil, malas lah gue berurusan dengan yang namanya goreng kerupuk. Sampai hari ini.
Rupanya ga semua jenis kerupuk susah digoreng. Hmm.. Kalo semudah ini, nanti bakalan sering-sering deh gorengin kerupuk buat temen makannya si Kamu ^^
